Young Lion Brewing Company
The Story…
Young Lion represents the direction of the brewing industry in Western New York. Located on Canandaigua Lake it is one of the largest with a 35bbl brew house and multiple 90bbl fermentation tanks.
Designed from the beginning to have a wide distribution, Young Lion was pulled together top talent from around the country with their head brewer, Phil Platz having a degree from UC Davis and spending time honing his trade at breweries in North Carolina and Alabama.
Young Lion is going to hit the area running with an impressive lineup of beers out of the gate and adding more styles in the near future.
